Hi, I’m Albania.
Life can knock you off course in ways you never saw coming—leaving you exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself. Many of my clients come to me after trying talk therapy, self-help books, and affirmations, only to find they understand their struggles but still don’t feel better in their bodies.
I know this path personally. After navigating my own season of grief and burnout triggered by unexpected life events, I discovered that insight alone wasn’t enough. Real healing began when I turned toward holistic, body-based practices and spirituality—approaches that helped me regulate my nervous system, reconnect with my body, and restore a sense of wholeness.
Today, I guide others through the same process. Through integrative, body-centered practices, I help you move out of survival mode and into greater clarity, resilience, and embodied well-being—so you can feel grounded, supported, and at home in yourself again.

Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing (SE), is a gentle, body-led, holistic model to heal stuck self protection patters in the body in order to feel more nervous system regulation, vitality and empowerment. This is good for both trauma healing and stress recovery. Somatic Experiencing sessions involve slow and gentle healing, with more noticing, and less talking about your past. It’s a more effective and long lasting way to heal and become your own healer. As a holistic approach, I include IFS, SSP, and HeartMath.

Sessions are held virtually through Google Video. It’s recommended that you are at home where you are comfortable and safe for the best benefits. I do not recommend doing sessions in a car or outside of your home, as this causes many distractions and stress, especially for those with sensitive nervous systems.

Yes, you can do sessions online. Many people like to be in their home where they feel safe and supportive to engage in any type of treatment.Sessions are held virtually through Google Video.

$220 private pay for each session that’s paid prior to scheduling.
Intake session is 60 minutes.
Afterwards, each session is 45 minutes.

Currently I am no longer taking insurance clients and not providing superbills.
I can provide referrals to other providers that do.

It’s important that you feel comfortable with me, so that you get the most of our sessions. If we are not a good fit, I will provide you with referrals to other trained providers.

The first session is an intake. Here I will ask you more questions, like what you are experiencing and your goals. I will provide any clinical feedback and we can create a plan together. I answer any questions you have.
