Hi, I am Albania.

I guide BIPOC women, sensitive souls, creatives, and cycle-breakers, to apply body-led practices so that they experience freedom and safety in their bodies by healing their nervous system and creating a soul-aligned life.

Clients come to me identifying living in systems that keep them over-giving, under-valuing, pushing themselves, feeling not enough, and desiring to belong. They begin to witness the internal battle that stem from the painful past, fearful future, and societal and cultural conditioning.

Old unconscious strategies of survival that wreak havoc in the nervous system, body, mind, and spirit.

Years ago, I found myself in a similar struggle —burnt out and stuck in grief. I knew the tools, yet realized something was missing in my healing journey. I dove deep into holistic healing, coupled with my extensive years of mental health training, things started to shift - I started to feel liberated.

I’ve shared the tools and perspectives that helped me with the clients I support, and they too, have felt more confident and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with more ease and resiliency.

  • Internal Family System-Informed practices to gently relate to all the parts that can reflexively keep us stuck in fearful patterns, so we can unburden their roles and we can operate from our authentic self.

  • A value-based approach so you can embody more alignment and freedom, and establish healthy boundaries.
