Hi, I am Albania.

I guide BIPOC women, sensitive souls, creatives, and cycle-breakers, to apply body-led practices so that they experience freedom, peace, and safety in their bodies by healing their nervous system and creating a soul-aligned life.

Clients come to me identifying living in systems that keep them over-giving, under-valuing, pushing themselves, feeling not enough, and desiring to belong. They begin to witness the internal battle that stem from the painful past, fearful future, and societal and cultural conditioning.

Old unconscious strategies of survival that wreak havoc in the nervous system, body, mind, and spirit.

Years ago, I found myself in a similar struggle —burnt out and stuck in grief. I knew the tools, yet realized something was missing in my healing journey. I dove deep into holistic healing, coupled with my extensive years of mental health training, things started to shift - I started to feel liberated.

I’ve shared the tools and perspectives that helped me with the clients I support, and they too, have felt more confident and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with more ease and resiliency.

Equity-Based Pricing Tiers

I value accessible opportunity while also honoring my nervous system, the work, and experience I provide. Equitable-based tier pricing has helped me, and I want to honor this with you.

Please be mindful of your privilege and access, when considering what tier you are in. The higher the tier, more you are able to provide support and access for others in need.

$700/month ($2,800 total) 8 online sessions, 60 min 2x a month for 4 months. Payment plans available.

You make 6 figures or less, but are comfortable and able to meet your basic needs and afford a few luxuries as well. You have regular access to healthcare. You can afford to regularly eat out, take an annual vacation or regularly take time off work, without concerns that your bill will go unpaid.

$500/month ($2,000 total) 8 online sessions, 60 min 2x a month for 4 months. Payment plans available.

You have an annual household income less than 6 figures.You may have some anxiety about meeting your basic needs, but are generally able to meet them. You have regular access to healthcare. You have a savings account or emergency fund. You may buy new things but need to find a good deal. You are able, vacation once a year without it being a huge financial burden.

$230/month ($960 total) 8 online sessions, 60 min 2x a month for 4 months.

You have an annual household income below 60K or you frequently have a difficult time meeting your basic needs. You have no access to a savings account or emergency fund. You cannot afford to take a vacation or time off work without it being a huge financial burden.

You will receive the same level of care no matter what tier you choose. I trust you choose honestly and what’s right for you.
