Clients come to me identifying living in systems that keep them over-giving, under-valuing, pushing themselves, feeling not enough, and desiring to belong. They begin to witness the internal battle that stem from the painful past, fearful future, and societal and cultural conditioning.

After going through my own challenges, I realized my training in mental health gave me the foundation of knowledge, yet realized something was missing in my healing journey. I dove deep into holistic healing and trauma training that actually heals beyond talk therapy, adding my previous professional experiences, things started to shift - I started to feel liberated.

This is sacred work rooted in safety, curiosity, and compassion. No pressure. No fixing. Just space to breathe, feel, and return to yourself.

Here, we honor your cultural upbrining, following what’s true to you, and not societal programing and conditoning - this is how we break the cycle.

How It Works: The Journey

  1. Sign Up: Book a free consultation and fill out the evaluation form.

  2. Initial Consultation: We’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and customize a plan just for you, and see if we are a good fit for each other.

  3. Sign Documents: Before beginning, you’ll read and sign consent forms through a secure platform for all documentation.

  4. Intake: You’ll receive a thorough assessment, and begin formulating goals. 

  5. Moving Forward: You’ll receive ongoing support and accountability through regular weekly or bi-weekly virtual sessions.

Pricing 

All sessions are $220 each.

Single Session - $220 

  • 60 minutes via Google Video

  • Intention: addressing one minor issue, assessing if coaching session is good fit for you, support for regulation

  • Common results: clarity, a quick pick-me-up, calmer, more regulated

  • Limited scheduling availability as priority is given to existing clients who’ve completed the packaged session


Rooted Embodiment Package with 12 sessions - Total $2,000

  • 60 minutes via Google Video

  • Intention: assessment and goal setting, learning more somatic tools for nervous system regulation and healing, supporting the recovery and healing from chronic stress, burnout, trauma, loss and grief, consistent support for your nervous system healing and knowing your unique patterns to give feedback, knowing and healing your parts.

  • Email support outside of sessions, with somatic tools provided if desired

  • Common results: More relief, increased confidence in applying somatic tools, less stress and overwhelm, more peace, groundedness, and presence, healthier communication and deeper connections with others, increased empowerment and trust in one's intuition, better boundaries.

  • You can choose weekly or bi-weekly sessions, with a choice to pause sessions for more time to integrate if needed. 

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: 48 hours prior to session, otherwise the session will be charged.

Exceptions include: Death of a loved one, emergency hospitalization, or a natural disaster.

No refunds given when services have been rendered due to nature of the offering.
