We’ll collaborate to co-create a space for your growth, where I’ll provide tools, education, and clarity to help you navigate challenges with curiosity, compassion, and patience. This journey requires practice, consistency, and patience as you relearn a new way of being.

  • Coaching is a place for learning and skill building and meeting your goal. In my work, we focus on what’s still showing up in the present for reprocessing. I work with the body, so a lot of the practices involve attention to your body, in a slow, titrated, sustainable way.

    Therapy is helpful for people with mental health symptoms and want to process and explore their past traumas. If I assess that your needs are better met with a therapist, I can give you referrals for a different provider to support you in therapy services.
